These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of bazaarmerx.com and your purchases from Bazaarmerx, an online store based in Tarpon Springs, Florida, United States. We try to describe and display Products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary by screen, and we cannot guarantee that your display shows them exactly. Product descriptions, images, and availability may change without notice. We may limit the quantity of any Product per customer or order.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Prices and promotions can change at any time. The price at the time you place your order applies.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email and accept your order. We may decline, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, or incomplete information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, rates, and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. In short: you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery with free return shipping and no restocking fee, and you may cancel an unshipped order within 24 hours of placing it.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design, is owned by or licensed to Bazaarmerx and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.

Product Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided by the manufacturer's or supplier's specifications. Except for any warranty provided by the manufacturer or required by law, the Site and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
